Cancellations
We understand things come up. If you need to cancel or rearrange, kindly notify us within 24 hours wherever possible.
Deposits & payments
Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 10% charge of the appointment value. Repeated no-shows are subject to a 30% charge.
