For apprentices
Whether you're leaving school or changing direction, an apprenticeship with E-Salon puts you on the salon floor from day one — paid, supported and mentored by working stylists. Our focus is on real technical skill, finished by the kind of polish only the industry can teach.
For employers
We've listened to salon owners and built a programme that takes the pressure off. Training and assessment can happen in your salon, on your schedule, or at our in-house Academy in Torquay. Government funded, so it comes at no cost to you.

For employers — update
For employers who take on new apprentices, there is to be a significant uplift on the current incentive structure — particularly good news for small and medium-sized businesses.
Employers could receive up to £3,000 per new apprentice, depending on the age of the apprentice when they are first registered on the apprenticeship.
To qualify for the higher incentives, the apprentice must not be employed by the salon before 26 July 2026. Eligible apprentices employed before July will still receive the current £1,000 incentive.
We understand that the first registration date for eligible apprentices to receive the higher incentives will be 1 October 2026, although this is still subject to Government confirmation. More information will follow shortly — please get in touch if you'd like us to keep you updated.
How it works
We focus on the technical units — the cutting, colouring and finishing skills that make an apprentice useful from week one — backed by 1-to-1 coaching, online learning and on-the-job assessment.

We handle the paperwork, supply the kit and provide salon-branded training packs.

Regular in-salon or Academy sessions, with progress tracked through to qualification.
